Join us for a fantastic day at Mill Road Winter Fair and help support Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT) at one of Cambridge’s most loved community events.
We’ll have an ACT stand at the fair, where we’ll be talking to visitors about our charity and the work we support across Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie hospitals.
As a volunteer, you could be helping us to:
- Chat to visitors and tell them about ACT and the work of the charity
- Accept donations from members of the public
- Sell Christmas cards and other charity items
- Help with fun activities for members of the public to enjoy at our stand
- Create a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere
We have two main volunteering shifts available:
- 9:00am–1:00pm
- 1:00pm–5:00pm
You don’t need any previous volunteering experience. We’re simply looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who would enjoy getting involved, meeting members of the local community and helping us raise awareness and funds for the charity.
If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, register your interest and we’ll be in touch with further details.
